Click here – Survey on Communication, Change and Decision making We would love 6 minutes of your time to complete our survey. Over the last 18 months we have been working with a number of clients on change leadership and effective decision making. In this time we have found some common trends relating to communication and decision making which are undermining business performance. We have decided to look into these issues further and have developed a short survey to gather a wider set of data. The data we collect will help us develop specific strategies around individual mindsets and decision making, change adoption and performance leadership. We would love you to complete the survey; we would also be happy for you to ask other members of your organisation to complete it as well. We are using a 2 phase process.
