Real-time measurement of our mindsets! Just recently BrainUnlocked launched their Brain Vitality Index (BVI), enabling individuals and organisations to rate and monitor (and improve) mindsets in real time. We have joined forces with BrainUnlocked to create a program that increases individual accountability for their decisions and engagement. Using the BVI in combination with our “strenghten me in teams program” we can assist individuals, teams and to embrace self leadership, maintain their growth mindsets and stay engaged!
